Established in 2016 in Bend OR, Blackened Dragon creates a unique mash up of Asian and Cajun/Southern food on this brand new chef driven cart.  We utilized the very best in local and seasonal ingredients in our scratch kitchen. We make 99% of our items in house including pickles, sauces, condiments, and even our own sausages and charcutarie. Our products are smoked in house using both pecan and maple wood for that true cajun flavor. Our chef Nick Ragazzo has cooked all over the country and abroad. He was most recently head chef at The Dogwood Cocktail Cabin here in Bend and was a finalist in 2014 bite of Bend top chef competition as well as the headlining featured chef at 2015 bite of Bend chef dinner.
